This work describes the synthesis and biological evaluation of s-triazine derivatives containing isoxazole, prepared using hydroxylamine hydrochloride via a microwave irradiation (MWI) method. The synthetic route began with substituted triazine chalcones, which subsequently reacted with NH₂OH to yield isoxazole analogues derived from 1,3,5-triazine aniline. Compared to conventional methods, the use of microwave irradiation afforded shorter reaction times, higher yields, and improved purity. The synthesized compounds were characterized using spectroscopic techniques, and their antibacterial activities were systematically evaluated.
